Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using FRCTL Audio products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Products and Services

FRCTL Audio sells digital audio plugin software (VST3, AU, CLAP formats) for music production and sound design. Products are delivered digitally via download link after purchase.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to 3 computers that you own or control. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the software or license keys.

4. Permitted Use

You may use our plugins for:

  • Personal and commercial music production
  • Creating and selling music, beats, and audio productions
  • Sound design for film, games, and media
  • Educational purposes

5. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

  • Share or distribute license keys
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
  • Resell or redistribute the plugins
  • Use the plugins in a way that violates any laws

6. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR). Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. Prices may change at any time, but purchases are final at the price paid.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all products.

To request a refund:

  • Email support@frctlaudio.com within 7 days of purchase
  • Include your order number
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

After 7 days, all sales are final. Refunds are not available if you have violated these terms.

8. Updates and Support

  • Free updates for version 1.x of any product you purchase
  • Major version upgrades (2.0, 3.0, etc.) may require additional purchase
  • Technical support provided via email at support@frctlaudio.com
  • We aim to respond within 48 hours

9. System Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring your system meets the minimum requirements for our products. We provide system requirements on product pages. Compatibility issues do not qualify for refunds after 7 days.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from use of our products.

11. Limitation of Liability

FRCTL Audio's total liability for any claims related to our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts.
