Can I use it live?
Yes. GRN processes audio in real-time with zero latency and low CPU usage — perfect for live performance setups.
Does it work with MIDI?
Yes. Since v3.2.0, MIDI Pitch Mode lets you play GRN as a polyphonic granular instrument — hold notes and the grains retune to them, with a per-note envelope and velocity response. It's off by default, so GRN still works as a regular audio effect: insert it on any audio track and it processes whatever passes through. All parameters are fully automatable from your DAW.
How do I install?
Download, drag to your plugins folder, enter your license key on first open. Done.
Is there a trial?
